Brian K. Young, Esq. Brian is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s in History and Political Science from Salisbury University. Brian was honored to receive over 45% of the vote for Harford County Council District C in the primary election of 2006. He is the president of the Harford County Young Republicans and is active in local and state politics. Brian’s practice includes litigation, small business law and advising business organizations, estate matters, family law separations, divorces, child reconciliation, child custody, adoptions, guardianships, personal injury and accident recovery, equestrian law, and contract disputes. H. Wayne Norman, Esq. Wayne is the owner of the Law Offices of H. Wayne Norman, Jr., PA. Wayne’s practice includes a wide variety of legal areas, including his debt collection practice, which is recognized as one of the best in Harford and Maryland. Wayne was honored to be appointed the House of Delegates in January 2008, and is actively pursuing election to the office in 2010. He was previously a member of the Harford County Republican Central Committee.
